We are making changes to better serve our members and community.

The Western New York Planned Giving Consortium (WNYPGC) is a local professional development organization whose members work to inspire people from all walks of life and all income levels to think beyond their lifespan when doing good works. Imagine how much good could be done if each one of us remembered a favorite charity or cause in our will or estate plan? The impact would be immeasurable!

On this website, individuals can learn more about making a personal gift, and how development departments at not-for-profit organizations can benefit through a planned giving program. If you are a financial or legal professional advisor, learn how you can better serve your clients on giving.

Make a difference in the lives that follow!

Our meeting calendar is always being updated with the new 20-21 meeting dates and topics. Our Planning Committee is working on the topics and speakers for each. Check back regularly for updates and details.

We look forward to seeing you at a meeting.

Maria never missed a classical concert. Hearing the works of the old masters made her heart soar. She died last year, but the music she loved is still playing. Thanks to a bequest in her will, her beloved orchestra won't miss a beat.

Beechwood Continuing Care . . . Something for Everyone.

Beechwood Continuing Care, a not for profit senior care community in Amherst, has been an integral part of WNY for over 60 years and has worked diligently to build an exemplary reputation for serving the housing and care needs of our senior community.

Our continuum begins with independent retirement living at Asbury Pointe on the Beechwood Campus. The distinctive qualities of this intimate community are apparent everywhere from the extraordinary décor; bright, inviting apartments with patios or balconies; five star dining services . . . to the only community to offer heated underground parking!

Many seniors take advantage of Wesley Rehabilitation Center which is located on the same beautiful Beechwood campus. Wesley offers state of the art short term rehabilitation care for patients after hip or knee replacements, cardiac rehab needs, or reconditioning after a serious illness.

Beechwood Homes is for seniors who need specialized transitional skilled nursing  or hospice care. As the first in WNY to offer person-centered care in a household setting, Beechwood prides itself on eliminating the institutional approach to skilled care. We call this initiative “Welcome Home.”

Lastly, we are pleased to announce that Presbyterian Senior Care of WNY communities have recently become part of the Beechwood Continuing Care family.  It is a perfect partnership as we both are mission driven communities committed to serving the needs of seniors in WNY.

For more information on any of our communities, contact Cheryl Wasson, Director of Development/Marketing at 716-810-7370 or send an email at [email protected].
